This room was designed around the family incorporating ideas the customer had seen in some of our brochures.
Needless to say, the customer was over the moon with the end result.
Work Completed
- Everything in the room apart from the w/c changed position to make better use of the space available
- The adjoining room to the landing was partly rebuilt allowing for the doorway to be moved to a more central position
- All pipework for shower was fitted within this wall during the rebuilding process
- Electric underfloor heating was added to the room
- A feature wall was built behind the bath to conceal the wall mounted stopcocks supplying the bath fill system
- Within this wall we built a recess with integrated downlights, before tiling with split face slate tiles
- A professional decorator was contracted in and worked within our schedule to complete within 3 weeks

DSI recently completed a kitchen renovation project in a flat. Working closely with our client, we turned their kitchen into a true masterpiece. The design vision that emerged featured a navy and white colour scheme, this choice meant the kitchen looks modern and elegant while keeping it’s purpose and functionality.
The centrepiece of this kitchen was the choice of a quartz marble white countertop, which enhances the overall brightness and spaciousness of the kitchen, complimenting the navy cabinets perfectly. Every detail, from the carefully selected fixtures to the placement of functional elements, was meticulously thought out and executed to perfection.
The combination of our efforts resulted in a kitchen that not only meets the highest standards of aesthetics but also delivers exceptional functionality for everyday living. Our customer, couldn’t be more thrilled with the final outcome.
Work Completed
We began by removing the outdated kitchen, ensuring a clean slate for the transformation. We then reinforced the existing plasterboard, making it sturdy and reliable.
To accommodate the new appliances, we relocated plug sockets and added extra ones as per the customer’s requirements.
DSI then installed the new flooring, and our team applied a fresh layer of plaster, creating a blank canvas for the upcoming paint job.
The customer then painted the fresh plaster white.
To optimise storage space, we strategically relocated the fridge, providing more functional solutions in contrast to the previous kitchen’s limited storage. We then installed the new cabinets, and the customer selected the elegant Perla Bianco worktop, a stunning white marble-inspired granite surface, complemented by stylish handles for a truly refined finish.
