How does the whole process work?
The process begins by one of our designers coming round to the property for a site visit. This is where we measure the room and have a discussion about your project. After the site visit the designers will create a plan of the room on our design software you will be invited into the showroom to have a look at it and discuss products, colours etc. a quotation will be sent following this consultation.
Can you fit carpets
Yes we can fit carpets; we have our own in house carpet fitter.
Can I supply my own products?
Unfortunately we do only fit products from within our ranges, this is to ensure we are installing products of a known quality and backing from a reputable manufacturer.
Do you offer a delivery service?
We offer a free local delivery service within a radius of 20 miles. We can also offer delivery further afield however this may be subject to a small charge.
Can you arrange gas alterations?
Yes, we work alongside local gas safe fitters that we have worked with for several years.
Do you have any special offers/sales?
We do run special offers from time to time and also change our showroom displays on a regular basis, these are offered at highly discounted pricing.
Where do your products sit within the marketplace?
Our products range from trade products to high quality retail specification ranges.
Do you keep stock of your products?
Flooring and Tiling – We keep adhesives and grouts in stock. Tiles can be delivered from our suppliers within 2 – 3 days.
Bathrooms – We do not keep any bathroom products in stock, however, sanitary
ware can be delivered by our various suppliers within 2 – 3 days.
Kitchens – We do not keep kitchens in stock, however we can supply a complete kitchen in 7 – 10 days from order.
How long will our job take?
Most projects take two weeks to complete, the first week is predominately for removing the old product and altering pipe work and plastering etc, week two is the fitting of the new items.
Will you carry out the painting and decorating?
Although we do not paint or decorate we are able to put you in-touch with local tradesmen to carry out this work, we will work with them to discuss the schedule.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes, our fitting work is guaranteed for 12 months, although we will always work with past customers to resolve any issues.
What area do you cover?
Most of our work is within a 12 mile radius from our showroom; however we have worked as far afield as London or even France.
What are your payment terms?
We require a deposit on booking a fitting date and the balance for the products is required prior to installation, the fitting invoice is issued on completion and due for payment within 7 days.
I have my own plumber; can I still use your services?
Yes, we do provide a design service for self installation and are always happy to provide product advice.
Is the fitting contracted out?
We have our own installation team, although we occasionally work alongside tradesmen whom we have worked with for many years.
Is my water system suitable for a power shower?
We can provide a solution for all water systems, including pumps or pressurised cylinders.
Are your plumbers qualified?
Our fitters are all qualified within their specific fields of expertise.
I want to fit the product myself; can you help me with the design?
Yes, we offer a free of charge design service, along with free delivery within our main trading area.
