Customer was looking for a spacious walk-in shower while keeping a full sized bath within the room.
A concealed digital shower by Aqualisa was installed with both a flexible riser kit and a fixed ceiling head. This involved lots of chasing of walls to hide the pipework and cables for the shower controls. Alterations to the hot water cylinder and a little work in the loft ensured a trouble free showering experience. A wired remote switch outside the enclosure enables the shower to turned on as entering the bathroom meaning it is up to temperature before you step inside.
After fully plastering the room, imitation split face tiles were hung on the walls and porcelain wood effect tiles laid over the wet underfloor heating system.
An under basin cabinet and illuminated mirrored cabinet provide ample storage. An electric element fitted to the towel rail allows for warm towels all year round when the heating system is off.
