Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8am till 5pm
Alternating Saturdays 9am – 1pm
DSI Kitchens are a small family firm working from our showroom in Saffron Walden, covering a 15 mile radius (generally). We offer design, supply and Installation of Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms to the Trade and Retail.
We are currently looking for a Design Consultant to complete our busy office team, working with customers to fulfil their design criteria. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to apply their creative skills in kitchen & bathroom design with the ability to identify and interpret customer requirements and deliver solutions to meet budgets. The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and high level of customer service, the ability to multi task in a busy working environment, a clean driving licence and their own vehicle (milage allowance will be paid) .
This is a challenging but rewarding position and could suit someone with previous customer contact experience or experience and enjoyment in re-modelling your own house, or experience in CAD design programmes. A full onsite training programme will be given to the successful candidate.
In addition to the design work the successful candidate will be responsible for pricing and ordering the required products, therefore organisation skills, attention to detail, literacy and numeracy are of equal importance.
